RYFO’s Director of Operations serves as the  liaison between the visionary leadership of RYFO (i.e. Executive Director), and each of our Program Directors. This role exists to advance the mission of RYFO through excellence in the execution of projects, implementation of effective team processes, as well as the expansion and optimization of each division of ministry within RYFO.

David lives with his wife Nichole in Lakeland, FL and transitioned into a full-time staff role with RYFO in July 2018. In 2019 he plans to launch and co-lead RYFO’s 2nd Artist Chaplain team with the goal of ministering to musicians regionally from Tampa to Orlando.
